LF Launches Global High-end Outdoor Brand, Teton Bros., in South Korea






- High-end brand aimed at outdoor enthusiasts undeterred by Pandemic

- Innovative outdoor fashion lines worn, developed, and improved by outdoor experts


LF, the lifestyle culture company, is launching the high-end outdoor brand, Teton Bros., in the South Korean market.


Teton Bros. is a high-end outdoor brand that was created in 2008 by Nori Suzuki, a 20-year avid fan of skiing, hiking, camping and rafting in the outdoor sports paradise of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Its products are tested in the field by mountain guides and ski patrols, and clothing and equipment are developed based on expert evaluations and opinions. Due to this stand-out quality, the brand has established a loyal customer base of outdoor enthusiasts and can be found in global markets such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan.


Teton Bros. ensures its competitiveness by maximizing mobility through unique incision patterns and uses the most optimal functional textiles to complement movements. In particular, Teton Bros. works closely with Polartec, an American textile company with global scale state-of-the-art technology, to develop high-quality materials that meet the expectations of outdoor experts. Recently, the company has developed brand-specific fibers with upgraded breathability, elasticity, flexibility, and durability to further improve its unique textile quality.


Currently, the products of LF are distributed through its online channels, which center around LFmall, the premium lifestyle mall, and offline channels such as the lifestyle select shop RAUM East and major domestic camping outlets. Accordingly, the official import and sales of the brand’s main products is set to begin in the winter of 2021, with the line-up to be expanded to include clothing and equipment from spring 2022. The prices of the main products are expected to be 600,000 won for down jackets, 200,000 won for shirts, 100,000 won for T-shirts, and 100,000-200,000 won for pants.


Yu Hyo-sang, Executive Director of LF’s Import and Retail Division, commented, “We decided to launch the high-end brand Teton Bros. to meet the changing lifestyle requirements of consumers since the pandemic. We want to be able to support their outdoor sports activities whatever the circumstances.” He further added, “Through Teton Bros., which was born after extensive research by experts, we will present more innovative outdoor fashion to domestic customers.”
