LF Mall launches fashion tip service for Shinhan Card Code 9 customers
- Suggests consumer-tailored style based on big data of 22 million Shinhan Card members
- Offers special discounts for Code 9 and opportunities to join Club-L, a premium membership service
LF Mall (www.lfmall.co.kr), which is a shopping mall constructed by LF (Representative: Koo Bon Keul) that sports a new concept, is launching fashion tip services for Shinhan Card’s Code 9 customers.
Code 9 is a classification of 18 different product development groups based on the latest trend and customers’ consumption pattern identified from 22 million customers’ big data. These 18 groups are equally split into men and women with such names as Loel, Ruby, Smart Saver, Prima Donna, Gray Gentlemen, and Silver Lady.
The “Exclusive Code 9 Hall” in LF Mall invites designers and fashion experts to suggest different styles tailored to today’s consumption pattern. It is quintessentially a curation service for customers who have a hard time making the right choice.
Shinhan Card’s Code 9 customers will not only enjoy the luxury of getting style tips at LF Mall but also have access to special discount services upon purchase.
LF Mall also offers Code 9 customers a chance to join Club-L, which is a premium paid membership service. It provides a discount of KRW 2 million to Code 9 members who pay KRW 200,000 for their annual membership fee. Members, for example, can get a 30% discount for an item priced at KRW 6.5 million for one year after membership.
On December 1, Shinhan Card and LF invited customers to the “Code 9 Runway,” a unique collaboration fashion show, at Gran Seoul in Cheongjin-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The runway, which was held to celebrate fashion tip services by LF Mall, is unique in a way that it leverages customers’ big data to come up with different fashion styles according to today’s consumption pattern.
