HAZZYS Collaborates with Britain’s Wimbledon Championships


On the 18th, LF’s British urban casual brand HAZZYS (Kyu-sik Oh, COO), announced that it will be the first in Korea to sign an official partnership agreement with the Wimbledon Championships and release the Wimbledon Line.


Under this contract, HAZZYS can exclusively use the “Wimbledon” name and related logos on its products in Korea for 3 years, from 2016 to 2018.

Along with the French Open, Australian Open, and the US Open, the Wimbledon Championships is one of the four major world tennis matches. Since the world’s first tennis match in 1877, the Wimbledon Championships has become one of the most prestigious matches with the longest history at 140 years.

HAZZYS has transformed the brand into a more sophisticated sporty collection by adding the recent trend of dynamic and cheerful sporty mood to the classic casual brand. Fitting well with its name, HAZZYS’ new Wimbledon Line offers items with excellent absorption and quick-dry functionalities, ensuring pleasant wearability that is suitable for daily use and working out.

With a good sense of color and design, HAZZYS successfully blended a young and sporty feeling into its Wimbledon Line. The official Wimbledon logo is applied to the side of the products, and witty patterns featuring tennis balls, rackets, and trophies are used as details. Men’s collared t-shirts, HAZZYS signature item, look both neat and stylish with its combination of colors. Women’s shirts and t-shirts will be newly presented with its retro-style sporty look. 

For the Wimbledon Line, HAZZYS released four different styles in a variety of colors for both men and women. Prices range from KRW 60,000 to 130,000 for the men’s line, and KRW 90,000 to 190,000 for the women’s line. In celebration of the collaboration with Wimbledon, HAZZYS will hold a lottery event for 2 weeks beginning on May 23 to give out Wimbledon towels and umbrellas to customers who purchase products from the Wimbledon Line.
